Meet Joe

Joe Morgan | CEO & Founder

Joe believes that when you relentlessly focus on building the right environment for people, extraordinary outcomes follow. With people and curiosity at the core of his leadership philosophy, Joe empowers organizations to thrive during times of transformation.

Joe is a proud kid from Worcester, MA with a love for the Sox. Family, faith, and friends (F3) have guided him through each step of his journey.

Over his career, Joe has served as a CEO and board member for both large public companies and dynamic start-ups, demonstrating a proven ability to lead in complex, transformational business environments.

He has held executive leadership and board roles at well-known organizations such as Standard Register, Sony Chemical Corporation, and Paragon. Today, Joe serves on the Executive Advisory Board for NexPhase Capital, a private equity firm focused on middle-market companies. He also contributes his expertise as a board member for Paragon, LION Group, OmniSYS, HEAPY Engineering, JBM Envelope Company, and Mary Queen of Angels Eldercare.

Joe holds an MBA from Clark University in Worcester, MA, as well as a Bachelor of Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross.
