As Head of Product, I’ve often been charged with driving transformative change with nearly impossible expectations in an under-resourced environment – and I’ve thrived doing it. I’m highly skilled at retaining and hiring key technical talent; I bring quick clarity to drive behavioral change, which in turn drives progress in organizations undergoing massive change. My leadership style suits diverse groups of high-functioning individuals (product managers, product designers, engineers, data analysts, QA specialists, and customer support agents).
I’ve developed a systems-thinking approach to creating structures of people and work, creating a kind of operating system to eliminate noise and optimize resources given our unique business constraints. Well-built systems engender trust and communication between teams, which is highly efficient and reduces risk. Good systems also align and energize talent in a way that drives results.
I’ve applied this methodology successfully to solve complex problems related to product quality, customer retention, and financial performance.
It was a huge honor to be recognized as a 2021 Moxie Award winner for Women in Tech for contributions to the workplace, community, and the tech industry as a whole.
