Pam has thirty years of experience in healthcare operations leadership spanning the continuum of care (ambulatory, inpatient, rehabilitation, and digital telehealth chronic disease management) during which time she has developed a keen eye for identifying talent with the soft skills necessary to create and enhance high performance teams. She is known for her focus on creating positive work environments, her expertise in program development, as well as her work in patient and family-centered care experience design. She is also a speaker and published author in journals and other media.

Biggest inspiration:  Those who give their time to help others  — without expectation of acknowledgment or thanks — just because they care and it’s the right thing to do.

Unique fact:  I do mosaic art (PGmosaics.com) and have sold many pieces. It’s my zen.
